  Achieving Mental Health

The human person is a harmony of mind, body, and spirit. We strive for a balance of all of these varied and complex elements as the person passes through life experiences and cycles.

Too often, because of myth and fear, mental health is ignored at the cost of health and happiness.

James A. Erickson visits his “second home” in the Philippines from the United States and  shares with friends, neighbors, and “kababayan” insights and experiences garnered through a lifetime as a licensed clinician, clinical supervisor, and pastor.

In sharing  my knowledge and expertise, I believe there can be positive ripples of understanding on which change can be based.
