Immigration Hardship (Spanish/Tagalog/Ilongo)

I offer mental-health based psycho-social assessments to evaluate potential hardship where immigration status is at issue.

Included is a mental-status evaluation, a situational analysis, diagnostic discussion (where relevant), and projection of potential hardship based on a variety of life domains. I can assess both children and  adults.

Be aware immigration courts recognize only extreme hardship situations. While I work for the best interests of the person  I am evaluating, at the same time, my evaluation must be honest to be credible.

My fee is an upfront and nonrefundable charge of $350 for an evaluation that often consists of two or tbree session, plus my report. (I will reduce my fee to $75 if initial discussion indicates that hardship may not be extreme and the client does not desire I proceed with the evaluation and report.) 

I am willing to travel, providing a space is made available for the evaluation and travel expenses are reimbursed. I  have the  services of an assistant for Filipino (Tagalog/Ilocano) speakers.
